In contemporary times, various software programs use search history and online behavior to personalize advertisements. Similarly, chatbots can utilize these insights to potentially recognize patterns indicative of suicidal tendencies. This proactive strategy could facilitate prompt intervention and assistance for those in need. This technology's increasing accessibility and ease of use have led some to consider it “the future of therapy.” Moreover, chatbots like ChatGPT may overcome barriers such as cost‐extending treatment for psychological issues.
