ON THE METHODS OF CONCLUDING CIVIL LAW TRANSACTIONS WITH THE USE OF ELECTRONIC TECHNICAL MEANS
The article discusses issues of concluding contracts using electronic technical means, highlights moderntrends and changes in legislation in this area. The author assumes that transactions using technical meanshave their own distinctive features, which are reflected in their conclusion. The article presents ways toconclude transactions in the electronic space, as well as possible options for overcoming them, which willhelp protect the participants in such a transaction.
