Workplace Surveillance and Employee's Privacy: an Analysis

The workplace surveillance has been conducted in the company to monitor their employees. It has been done for various reasons like preventing theft, unlawful activities, preventing workers from slacking off of their work, etc. However many companies use these surveillance and invade into the privacy of employee. This paper does an analysis over this workplace surveillance and privacy of an employee.
