It is a very useful instrument for identifying areas that might be improved and for providing insights into the level of happiness experienced by customers. There are various obstacles that might arise from the use of traditional feedback techniques, such as time limits and communication barriers. These approaches frequently involve active engagement from customers. By doing away with the requirement for face-to-face contact, the implementation of a "silent feedback system" that makes use of natural language processing techniques brings about a revolutionary change in the feedback process.
