Methods for Preprocessing and Classification of Text Data in Question-Answer Information Systems

A brief overview of natural language processing algorithms is presented as a field that is capable of categorizing text messages in natural language, and the sequence of steps in classifying text data is explored. The presented algorithms are widely used in question-answer information systems. Question-answering systems (QA systems) are systems that can accept questions in free form and answer them in natural language. This task is extremely important for both science and business. In science, many recent successes have been associated precisely with the understanding of natural language. Business is interested in dialogue systems because they can replace people in some areas of activity (for example, in customer service). Conversational systems can respond 24 hours a day, do not force a person to wait until the operator is free, do not make grammatical or other errors, and can be easily controlled by adding or removing some possible response.
