A study on the mechanism of the impact of anthropomorphic features of virtual chatbots on user experience
Exploring the impact of anthropomorphic features of virtual chatbots on user experience can improve our understanding of virtual chatbots and thus optimize the design of virtual chatbots. This study constructs a hypothetical model of the user experience of virtual chatbots for electric power services based on social cognitive theory, and verifies the validity of the model through empirical research. The results show that anthropomorphic features of virtual chatbots for electric power services can have a significant impact on user experience. Specifically, anthropomorphic features include anthropomorphic appearance and anthropomorphic identity. Applying these anthropomorphic features can enhance users' anthropomorphic perception of the virtual chatbot, improve communication effects, and thus increase user satisfaction. It is also found that user satisfaction is significantly mediated between anthropomorphic features and user experience, and that the quality of user experience can be significantly improved by optimizing the anthropomorphic features of virtual chatbots. These findings are of great significance for the design and improvement of virtual chatbots for electric power services, and provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the quality of user experience.
