ETHICAL INTELLIGENCE: FRAMEWORKS AND GUIDELINES FOR RESPONSIBLE AI IMPLEMENTATION

This paper explores the foundational principles related to AI morality —transparency, impartiality liability, as well as privacy—and emphasizes their critical role in guiding responsible AI development. Without ethical safeguards, AI systems risk perpetuating bias, enabling mass surveillance, eroding privacy, and being weaponized or misused. Through analysis of global legal structures, for example the EU AI Act and OECD guidelines, and real-world case studies from sectors like healthcare, criminal justice, and finance, the paper illustrates both the risks and the remedies.
