This dataset supports the systematic review “Racial/Ethnic Bias in AI Systems: PRISMA Review (2014–2025)”, conducted using Scopus as the sole source. It includes bibliographic records, screening decisions, extraction matrices, and risk of bias assessments for 555 retrieved studies.
