SpineForge: A Cognitive-Oriented Methodology for Designing Esports Events

The work presents the SpineForge methodology — a cognitive-oriented framework for designing esports events, based on the GAM3ARCH architecture. The approach focuses on managing participants’ cognitive rhythm through a balanced cycle of activity, social connection, recovery, and reflection phases. The study combines agent-based modeling (160 agents) and field observations (N = 100), demonstrating reduced cognitive load and increased resonance when using the SpineForge structure. The material includes theoretical foundations, validation results, and practical tools for event organizers.
