AI Adoption Standards Framework

AI Adoption Standards Framework (v1.0)This paper introduces AIAdopts — an open, practitioner-focused framework for enterprise AI adoption, designed for CIO/CDO/Transformation leaders accelerating AI implementation at scale. The framework bridges research, case evidence, and applied transformation principles into a structured six-pillar model covering Readiness, Literacy, Tool Enablement, Use-Case Execution, Governance, and Value Realization.Unlike abstract maturity models, this standard is implementation-oriented — supported by real enterprise case patterns, workflow enablement layers, and adoption accelerators. It includes a mini diagnostic, benchmark narratives, and adoption guidance that organizations can operationalize immediately through their CoE or Partner ecosystem. The framework is released as an open standard (permissive use) under Creative Commons to support collaboration, extension, and real-world validation. Future versions will evolve based on enterprise feedback, research contributions, field results, and cross-industry participation.
