The rapid progress of digital technologies is bringing AI, Blockchain, IoT, Cloud Computing and Digital Twin closer together. When combined, these new technologies work to solve major issues in many industries such as operations, data protection, endless decisions and being able to grow. The authors design an integrated framework that brings together the best qualities of these five innovative technologies and focuses on their likely future uses in automotive sectors. Thanks to AI analytics, data integrity kept by blockchain, data from IoT in real time, growing scalability with the cloud and digital twin simulation, companies improve their results, reduce periods of inactivity and decide on actions more effectively. By analyzing 25 key publications, researchers have found benefits that support the framework such as up to a 20% lower rate of machine breakdowns which also helped reduce access costs by 15% and increased production efficiency by 20%. Despite the significant benefits, making these technologies successful still requires dealing with privacy matters, compatibility and how much it costs to run them. The document also looks at Edge AI, 5G-enabled IoT and quantum computing as new technologies that could make this ecosystem possible. Blending theory and practice in this work creates a blueprint for industries hoping to switch to future-proof, green and advanced digital systems.
