AI Meeting Assistant: Intelligent Automation for Enhanced Meeting Productivity

In contemporary professional environments, a substantial amount of time is devoted to meetings; however, a considerable portion of the information exchanged is often lost due to ineffective note-taking practices and insufficient follow-up processes.This paper presents the design and implementation of an AI-based Meeting Assistant that integrates speech recognition, natural language processing, and machine learning techniques to automatically transcribe meetings, generate concise summaries, and extract actionable insights.The proposed system addresses critical challenges in meeting management, including real-time transcription accuracy, speaker identification, action item extraction, and intelligent summarization.Experimental results indicate notable improvements in meeting productivity, information retention, and the completion rate of follow-up tasks.The system achieved a transcription accuracy of 92% and reduced post-meeting administrative workload by approximately 70%.
