The traditional process of invoice processing is still labor intensive and highly prone to errors; thus, it can result in inefficiency, timeliness and lack of uniformity in financial transactions. The present project is going to solve them by creating an intelligent automated invoice management system by using Robotic Process Automation, Document Understanding, Agent Builder, and UiPath Maestro. The system is also able to automatically access invoices sent via email and extract important information which includes the name of the vendor, invoice number, tax identification, and the amount. It authenticates the extracted information by both the rule-based reasoning and AI-based approaches to get accuracy. The system also does cross-check with the purchase order records to identify inconsistency and directs high value or questionable invoices to the Action Center to be manually approved to keep the balance between automation and human control. The combination of the Agentic AI with the system makes it more intelligent since the system carries out confidence prediction and anomaly detection to guarantee reliability of the extracted data. UiPath Maestro also coordinates and controls the automation process and allows tracking the process in real time, optimizing its performance at the same time. This is a unified amalgamation of new AI and RPA technologies that guarantee quick, transparent, and error-free invoice processing without one intervene. The suggested system will also greatly save processing time, enhance the precision of the data and the robustness of financial management, which proves the transformative power of intelligent automation in business activities.
