Meta Necessity of Admissibility

This paper proves the meta-necessity of admissibility. It shows that any non-degenerate system capable of making irreversible distinctions or commitments must enforce admissibility by standing; without it, reference, evaluation, and decision collapse into indeterminacy. The necessity is meta-level: it holds independently of domain, formalism, or ontology, and cannot be replaced by probability, computation, logic, or governance constructs. The result is established by exhaustion of all admissible alternatives. No constructions, algorithms, or procedural frameworks are provided; the paper records a structural necessity rather than a method.
