Navigating the new job market is quite stressful for students or early-career professionals who usually have lesser access to more personalized guidance and a real-time perspective of the industry. Even though career counseling services exist, and so do online tools, those services and tools usually fail to go deep into providing profoundly personalized, scalable, and adaptable support that talks to one’s strengths, interests, and changing market trends. As roles are getting increasingly dynamic, there comes the need for intelligent systems that help aspirants to connect with career opportunities of significance. In light of such needs, we are attempting to develop an AI Career Coach which integrates advanced ML and NLP models to provide full end-to-end career support. The system would comprise of four modules: job recommendations, resume generator, mock interviews, and industry insights. Each of these modules will leverage state-of-the-art technologies such as Google Gemini for multimodal generative reasoning; BERT for understanding the context behind user profiles, job descriptions, etc.; RAG for pulling relevant interview content and market data; To help the user feel prepared and confident, this platform incorporates automation for the essential career services and then combines them with insightful feedback and ideas for enhancement.By way of example, the personalized career pathway comes to ought to change, evolving with each user’s development and changes in the industry through AI technologies within a modular and user-dependent setting. And regularly picking up feedback and restyling in both content and form along with the suggestions, they essentially guarantee absolute currency and relevance of the recommendations. Such a system can tend to a total makeover on how people actually design, pursue, and work now in their day-to-day disturbances of professional-being.
