Synchro Store: AI- Powered Voice and Icon based Billing System for Retail Operations

Small and local grocery stores struggle with operational problems which include slow checkout procedures and inaccurate billing, manual stock control systems and limited product availability that leads to customer dissatisfaction and financial losses. The digital billing system resolves these issues while it also enhances inventory management and store operations through its predictive analytics capabilities. The system provides two billing options which enable vendors to generate bills through voice commands or by selecting predefined icons for product addition. The system processes information through Tamil and English languages while it allows users to make payments through various methods and provides instant inventory updates. The system keeps all bills in digital form, so vendors can quickly pull up past transactions when customers come back for returns-no more digging through piles of paper. It also offers a vendor dashboard that shows current inventory levels and automatically sends alerts when stock falls below set minimums, helping vendors stay on top of their supplies. Basic validation tests at the billing stage confirm that both the product selection and the quantity ordered are correct. The integration of ARIMA with AI models enables vendors to optimize inventory management which results in waste reduction and enhanced customer satisfaction through demand forecasting and upselling identification.
