AI-based Task Reallocation and Employee Productivity System

Success of an organization depends on efficient management of tasks and productivity of the employees. The paper will describe an AI-Based Task Reallocation and Employee Productivity System, which is an automated system of task allocation depending on employee skills, existing workload, and availability. The system has provided continuity of workflow where tasks are dynamically re-allocated when there is an absence or leave so that operational disruption is minimal. A gamification module with adaptability incorporating points, badges, and leaderboards is adopted to increase levels of engagement with employees, motivation, and completion of tasks among employees. Real-time notification and alerts help to ensure a seamless flow of staff-management communication, and an AI-based analytics module allows taking actionable information on the workload trends, task completion rates, and performance indicators. The suggested system facilitates equity, transparency, and long-lasting productivity through the integration of smart assignment, dynamically assigned reassignments, gamification, and analytics. The solution provides organizations with the scalable, data-driven solution to workforce management, which tends to optimize the use of resources, enhance employee motivation, and facilitate professional development.
