Autonomous Task Execution Using Intelligent Agents_ Designing a Natural Language-Driven Platform for Seamless Digital Workflow Management
This work introduces a conversational AI platform capable of translating free-form user instructions into coordinated sequences of digital actions, spanning professional communication, structured document creation (Word, Excel, PPT), and service reservations. The platform delivers step-by-step execution visibility and embeds human confirmation gates at sensitive junctures, preserving accountability while minimizing manual overhead. The anticipated result is an integrated, adaptable system that curtails repetitive screen-switching and cognitive strain, elevating overall user effectiveness. Contemporary professionals increasingly depend on disparate digital services for correspondence, scheduling, and content production; this fragmentation imposes hidden time penalties and amplifies error risk. Existing conversational interfaces, including widely deployed voice assistants, address only isolated queries and lack the orchestration depth needed for chained, cross-application operations. The proposed framework closes this gap by coupling robust intent interpretation with transparent, verifiable task execution.
