This article explores the integration, impact, and future prospects of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies within the realms of language education and the humanities. Utilizing a qualitative systematic literature review of scholarly works published between 2023 and 2026 across international databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar, the study synthesizes contemporary trends and practical applications. The research highlights the transformative role of generative AI tools in personalizing language acquisition and facilitating large-scale data analysis in humanistic inquiry. Furthermore, the paper identifies critical challenges, including ethical concerns, algorithmic biases, and pedagogical limitations.
