Harnessing AI in Corporate Training

This study explores the underappreciated role of artificial intelligence (AI) in corporate training programs within the broader context of knowledge management. To fill a critical research gap, this study explores how AI can facilitate knowledge transfer, enhance employee learning, and support organizational collaboration. The study used a quantitative design, combining quantitative survey data from 114 participants in multiple regions. The findings suggest that AI can help improve personalized learning experiences, real-time performance feedback, and knowledge sharing, while also raising concerns about data privacy, algorithmic transparency, and the evolving role of human resources (HR) professionals. It is worth noting that users who have been exposed to AI show higher trust and optimism in the use of AI. The innovation of this study lies in the development of the Human-AI Synergy for Knowledge Transformation Model (HASKTM), which provides theoretical insights and practical guidelines for designing ethical and effective AI-enabled corporate training systems to promote the sustainable development of organizations.
