A MULTI-VENDOR LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LMS) PORTAL WITH CHATBOT INTEGRATION

The detailed explanation of the present day, enhanced version of the Learning Management System (LMS), which is collaborated with the AI-powered chatbot facilities, DRM-secured delivery, automatic captioning, and analytical capabilities, is provided in this article. It is observed that the conventional LMS system is lagging behind in providing the facilities of customization and real-time support to the students, which is causing less satisfaction among the students. Therefore, to reduce these problems, this article proposes the design and implementation of the chatbot-based LMS portal, which incorporates the conventional facilities of the learning management system along with the intelligent and conversation-based system. Moreover, the technologies, pedagogy, enhanced structure of the system, performance parameters, and limitations that need to be considered to transform the conventional LMS system into an intelligent and adaptive system are provided in this article.
