Admissible Transitions in AI-Augmented Leadership introduces PADC-CAS/SES as a transition-governance framework for AI-supported decision support. Rather than focusing solely on AI output quality, the paper examines the conditions under which AI-generated material may legitimately acquire organisational status as reliance, judgment, or action. It proposes a minimal guarded-transition record based on Surface, Remainder, Role, and Marked Transition, and outlines a staged empirical research agenda comparing documented professional practice, unguarded AI support, neutral review controls, and PADC-guarded workflows.
