INNOVATION IN THE ADOPTION OF ROBOTICS PROCESS AUTOMATION AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING
The achievements that have been made in the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotics Process Automation (RPA) in the field of financial accounting are the subject of this article. The study investigates the critical factors that affect the use of these technologies and demonstrates how robotic process automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence (AI) are revolutionising financial operations, improving operational efficiencies, and bolstering financial key performance indicators (KPIs). This research illustrates the considerable impact that financial performance gains, regulatory compliance, and decision-making frameworks have on pushing technical advancements. This is illustrated by a comprehensive investigation of the association between adopting robotic process automation (RPA) and key organisational features. According to the findings, the adoption of RPA and AI is influenced by all of the examined parameters; nevertheless, the most influential predictor is the improvement of financial indicators by a significant margin. This article provides valuable insights for businesses that are interested in utilising robotic process automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence (AI) to optimise their financial accounting operations.
