Various Computing Systems and Methods 2025-10-09

One present invention relates generally to the field of high-performance computing. More specifically, it pertains to a hybrid computational architecture implemented on a monolithic photonic integrated circuit, wherein specialized analog and universal quantum computational cores are co-located and orchestrated by a classical control layer to solve computationally intractable problems by leveraging the principles of substrate-integrated computation. Another present invention provides a method and system for physical computing that instantiates computation in the native operations of physical systems exhibiting circular symmetry. The invention overcomes limitations of prior art by encoding information in globally stable, topologically protected states and processing said information via controlled evolution of the system's Hamiltonian.
