This article is devoted to the study of talent management issues as one of the effective tools for human resource management. The purpose of the study is to develop and substantiate a methodological approach to quantifying the effectiveness of talent management based on the integration of HR and financial indicators. The authors conducted a literature review, reviewed foreign and domestic approaches to building an effective system for identifying, developing and retaining talent, and emphasized the need to individualize management tools for this category of personnel. Special attention is paid to the problems of implementing talent management systems in Kazakhstani companies, including the lack of elaboration of motivation and professional development mechanisms. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the development of the author's integral indicator of the effectiveness of talent management, which allows a comprehensive assessment of the relationship between staff development, retention and effectiveness. Additionally, a model for calculating the economic effect is proposed, which provides interpretation of the results in monetary terms. The empirical part of the study is implemented in the format of a quasi-empirical analysis using the example of the BI Group company. The results of the study showed a positive relationship between the development of human capital and the growth of the operational efficiency of the organization, manifested in increased productivity, reduced losses and improved financial performance. The findings can be used in the development of talent management systems and the implementation of HR analytics tools in companies in various industries.
