This document presents the MCNA Architecture v9.0 (Neuro-Actor Computational Model),a formal specification for an autonomous synthetic intelligence system called the Holo-graphic Virtual Brain. The system is designed to operate independently of specializedhardware — all computation emerges from actor interactions, with the hardware providingonly process scheduling and message transport. The architecture includes a complete formalmodel (octuple), 35 operational semantics rules, 12 invariants with preservation proofs, 7theorems with demonstrations, Big-O complexity analysis, formal protocols, an optimizedDigital DNA system with 8 nitrogenous bases and 7 specialized genes, a Virtual RNA mes-senger system, a sleep cycle for memory consolidation, and a duplication system for DNA,synapses, and tokens. Keywords: synthetic intelligence, actor model, formal specification, hardware indepen-dence, digital DNA, virtual RNA, distributed systems.
