Eleven Frozen Prospective Assessments of Emerging AI Systems Across Scientific, Industrial, Enterprise, and Frontier Research Domains

This report presents eleven frozen prospective HR7/PFA assessments of emerging artificial intelligence systems across scientific, industrial, enterprise, and frontier research domains. The assessments cover AI-assisted drug discovery, autonomous robotics, enterprise cybersecurity, quantum computing, genomic AI, healthcare evaluation, scientific computing, embodied intelligence, and a frontier quantum machine learning research case. Each assessment was completed exclusively using publicly available evidence available at the time of evaluation (T0) and was formally frozen before subsequent developments became observable. The original assessments will remain unchanged and will be compared with independently documented developments after 30, 60, and 90 days. The purpose of the series is not to predict commercial success or technological superiority, but to evaluate whether the available evidence justifies continued development and deployment, to identify dominant structural uncertainties, and to determine which evidence gaps are most important for future reassessment. The report demonstrates how HR7/PFA can be applied across heterogeneous technological domains while preserving a consistent evidence-based assessment structure.
