Development of Computer Number Control Power Supply

In order to realize the purpose of converting 220V AC power into 0-48V DC power to supply for electrical equipment, this design uses MSP430F149 microcontroller as the control core to design a switching power supply with double Buck circuit and double Buck-boost circuit. The control circuit adopts the minimum system circuit of MSP430F149 microcontroller; The AC-DC conversion in the working circuit uses a buck rectifier filter circuit; In the DC-DC conversion part, the charging circuit uses a double Buck circuit, and the discharging circuit uses a double Buck-Boost circuit; In the feedback control, the current sampling signal is measured multiple times to take the average value of the median. The voltage sampling signal and the set voltage are set to two thresholds, and the duty ratio of the PWM control wave is changed to adjust the measured value closer to the set value. The circuit uses the ACS712 module to finally achieve current detection. The selection of related components in the circuit is determined by circuit simulation.
