Network operation situation mainly focuses on the changing trend of network operation state. In order to evaluate the network operation situation, network link traffic matrices are used to analyze the network state. Link traffic matrices not only contains the network operation state but also contains the intensity of relationship of links. In this paper we use PCA(Principle Component Analysis) to obtain link weight and use data mining algorithm - fuzzy clustering to obtain the network operation state. What's more, we propose an analysis model. Finally, the results of Abilene network operation state are given.
