Tracking Emotional State of a Person with Artificial Intelligence Methods and Its Application to Customer Services

The article deals with the problems of recognizing the emotional state of a person using neural networks. Some popular methodological aspects and methods of recognition of facial expressions known to date are described in detail. An author's algorithm proposed, which seems to have certain advantages in comparison with the existing approaches.
