To meet the needs of positive and negative identification of biological reagents, a set of color recognition App based on Android platform is developed, which mainly uses OPENCV and machine learning technology to realize the main functions of tube positioning, color extraction and classification. The development of the system lays a foundation for the establishment of real-time reagent identification, and has great economic and social significance. Compared with traditional detectors or manual discrimination, the system has the advantages of portability and high accuracy, and has broad application prospects in real-time detection.
