In this work, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) Mesh technology is applied to health monitoring system, the existing Cambridge Silicon Radio (CSR) Mesh algorithm and Ad-hoc On-demand Multipath Distance Vector Routing (AOMDV) algorithm can not guarantee the stability of data transmission because the guardian is often in a mobile state. To solve the above problems, a link prediction multipath Routing Algorithm based on Markov chain is proposed. It introduced the link prediction state indicator to establish the routing strategies. During the routing maintenance, the best alternative routing is selected by the link prediction state indicator. The simulation results show that the algorithm has higher delivery rate and less routing overhead and it is more suitable for health monitoring system based on BLE Mesh.
