Automated Lung Segmentation On Chest CT Using Deep Learning

A pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) devastated humanity before the end of 2019, which was triggered by severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS), which originated in Wuhan, China. This sickness has claimed the lives of many people. The pandemic's consequences have been more severe in the world's most populous countries. Despite the fact that over a billion immunizations have been distributed to Indian citizens, the epidemic has not abated as of October 21, 2021. While certain limits are being eased, the threat of the dreaded "fourth wave" remains. In these situations, having technologies for swift disease testing and diagnosis is critical, since it allows for a much speedier process. Using a CT scan of the lungs, this research will provide vision into a model that may proficiently and correctly envisage the existence of COVID-19.
