Design and application of online performance management system for lightweight enterprises based on J2EE
In order to solve many problems existing in enterprise performance management from formulation, promotion to evaluation, and make enterprise driving school management convenient, efficient and scientific, the author of this paper designs a lightweight enterprise performance online management system, which combines Web technology and computer technology, completes the construction of server side with JAVA language under J2EE specification, and realizes data support with MySQL database. The platform adopts B/S architecture, follows the MVC three-tier architecture design idea, and introduces SSH framework to complete the design and deployment of Web Server. It provides a set of efficient tools for enterprise performance management, stimulates employees' sense of ownership, and promotes the improvement of organizational and personal performance.
