Agentic Scrum: The Developer as Product Owner, AI Agents as tAgentic Scrum is a human-in-the-loop, board-driven method for autonomous software delivery: the developer acts purely as Product Owner / Scrum Master while AI agents act as the development team. A Jira board is the human-agent interface, and human control is encoded in a single visible signal - the card's assignee (the "baton"). This whitepaper describes the method, the pipeline (ideation, planning, development, review, release), the model-tiering and cost design, the security-by-encapsulation approach, benefits, and honest limitations.
