All title tags of a specified level in current webpage may be traversed. An anchor point may be added to each title tag of the specified level. Text information of each title tag of the specified level may be respectively copied to a corresponding link newly established. The link newly established may be enabled to point to an anchor point of a corresponding title label. Each link newly established may be taken as a list item. The list item may be added to the document outline list tag.
