A computing platform may direct an administrator device to display an interface configured to receive user input specifying text input fields and a corresponding graphical layout. The computing platform may receive a data object specifying the text input fields and the graphical layout, which may be stored using first key value pairs. Based on the first key value pairs, the computing platform may generate a data entry interface that includes the text input fields and is formatted based on the graphical layout. The computing platform may send the data entry interface and may receive data entry information corresponding to responses in the text input fields. The computing platform may store the data entry information using second key value pairs, and may use the second key value pairs to generate an aggregate data collection interface.
