The UE can initiate an emergency call with the emergency center. The UE can identify the emergency contact list stored at the UE. The UE can encode a message that includes the emergency contact list for transmission to the emergency center via a network device to enable an operator at the emergency center to identify an emergency contact on the emergency contact list.
