A relational, rotational structure incorporating a plurality of rotatable components 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 mounted on a common shaft 6. Indicia are located on peripheral portions of the rotatable components. The indicia can be related to each other in an educational manner by appropriate rotation of the components in such a way as to align indicia in specified arrangements. The structure is particularly useful for teaching young children their multiplication tables and spelling.
