An obtaining unit obtains the second information in accordance with a determination result. A second recording unit records the second information. A generation unit generates third information that is output from the output unit in accordance with the analysis result. The first information includes fourth information indicating a condition for obtaining the second information. The determination unit determines whether the condition is satisfied based on the fourth information. The obtaining unit obtains the second information when the condition is satisfied.
