A judging unit (78) judges whether display of at least a part of a message image is limited by one or more other message images. A display-time determining unit (84) determines a display time of each of message images according to the judgment result of the judging unit (78). The display control unit (76) displays each of the message images over the display time of the message image determined by the display-time determining unit (84).
