METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CAMERA SENSOR FINGERPRINTING

Some embodiments of the application provides methods and systems for providing camera fingerprinting by receiving a video frame from a camera, generating a confidence map based on an image characteristic associated with the video frame, generating a signature based on a sensor imperfection in the camera, weighting the signature based on the confidence map for each frame and generating a key based on the weighted signature over the plurality of video frames received.
