The image restoration system, including: an edge processing unit to perform a color shifting in an edge of an image and process the edge of the image; a restoration parameter extraction unit to segment the image into at least one domain and extract a restoration parameter for each block included in the segmented domain; and an image restoration unit to apply a block-based transform domain filtering according to the restoration parameter and perform an image restoration.
