The method includes determining at least one action that is commonly performed based on data displayed on a current page of a graphical user interface of a communications device, creating a tool bar comprising at least one icon representing the at least one action, associating the tool bar with the current page of the graphical user interface, and providing the tool bar to the communications device for display on the current page of the graphical user interface.
