Filing contents — v1
As filed under § 1421(1)–(2).
Correspondence
The filing thread between the developer and the Office.
The redaction description states that substantial portions of sections 2 through 4 are withheld as commercially sensitive. Section 1421(5)(a) permits redactions only to protect trade secrets, developer cybersecurity, public safety, United States national security, or compliance with law, and § 1421(5)(b) requires the published framework to describe the character and justification of each redaction. Identify each redacted passage, state the § 1421(5)(a) ground for withholding it, and republish any material whose withholding cannot be justified under the statute.
