HR ANALYTICS AND DIGITALIZATION: NEW TRENDS IN PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT

The purpose of this scientific article is to study the impact of digitalization on the human resource management system, in particular on HR analytics, as well as to identify key problems arising from the digital transformation of HR processes, and to analyze possible solutions for the effective integration of digital tools into the HR management of modern organizations. The following tasks were completed during the study. The impact of digitalization on the human resource management system, including HR analytics, was analyzed. The key problems arising from the implementation of digital tools in HR analytics and HR management were identified. The issues of integrating HR analytics with other business systems (financial, operational, management) were considered. The problems of scalability of HR analytics and its adaptation to changes in business strategies were analyzed. The issues of ensuring information security and data confidentiality during the digitalization of HR processes were studied. An assessment was made of the need to improve the skills of HR specialists for effective work with digital tools. The cultural and ethical aspects of HR analytics related to employee monitoring were studied. The problems of the lack of uniform standards of HR analytics, which complicate the comparison of indicators between companies, are considered. The problems of communication between departments during the implementation of HR analytics are identified. The strategic importance of digitalization of HR analytics for achieving business results is determined.
