LX Cognitive Engineering Stack v0.1 — A Meta-Engineering Architecture for Actionable Intelligence under Irreducible Constraints
Abstract This paper introduces the LX Cognitive Engineering Stack (LX Stack), a one-page meta-engineering architecture derived from CESI (Co‑Evolutionary Science of Intelligence) and constrained by the Law of Non‑Merger of Super‑Institutions (LNMSI). While CESI provides a completed science of intelligence evolution, LX Stack extracts and compresses its core implications into an executable design order for real-world systems. The Stack formalizes a top‑down invocation logic—from governance feasibility, to evolutionary physics, to organizational topology, to agent‑level strategy—enabling viable design and action under non‑negotiable institutional and cognitive limits. LX Stack is proposed as an engineering total schema rather than a new scientific theory, intended for governance design, organizational architecture, and human–AI system integration in the Cognitive Split Era.
