AI Career Coach

This paper presents the concept and system design of an AI Career Coach, a web-based platform developed to support users in improving their job readiness and navigating the modern employment landscape. The system integrates key features such as an Industry Insights module, which offers real-time updates on emerging technologies, in-demand skills, and job market trends. The platform also includes an AI-powered Mock Interview tool that generates role-specific questions, evaluates user responses, and tracks performance progression. To enhance job application success, the system provides an ATS-friendly Resume Builder and a Cover Letter Generator that assist users in creating professional application materials. This research further discusses the technical architecture, algorithms, benefits, and limitations of AI-driven career coaching systems. The paper concludes with potential future improvements, including advanced career recommendations and integration with job portals to support broader industry use.
