Automated HR Chatbots Using NLP and Cloud Services: Improving Employee Support and Communication

Innovations are helping firms simplify processes and cope with turbulent, unreliable, complicated, and confusing corporate conditions. Human resource (HR) chatbots and digital assistants are evaluated in terms of employee engagement and communication. This study creates an HR chatbot using natural language processing (NLP) to improve employee engagement and communication using dynamic data display. Conventional HR data evaluation approaches are frequently irregular and complicated, hindering real-time findings. This chatbot combines NLP and powerful data visualization to let HR experts communicate with big databases through chat inquiries, facilitating data accessibility and comprehension. To retrieve information from a data storage facility and display it in interaction visuals, the platform converts user input into SQL searches. The chatbot functions effectively with simple requests, according to evaluation, and produces precise outcomes with understandable visuals. Accuracy and response duration declined with increasingly intricate searches and multifaceted information representations, though. Significant research shows that virtual assistants and chatbots have a favorable effect on staff turnover, performance, and employment contentment. Important challenges comprise resolving data confidentiality issues, connecting existing structures, and gaining user acceptance. Even while the present solution can only handle simple HR duties, it shows how AI-driven technologies can revolutionize HR procedures. The system's integration with panels for strategic choices, query management, and visualization skills will be the main areas of future development. In general, this study advances the expanding subject of AI and HR by demonstrating the way NLP may streamline data accessibility and facilitate better decisions.
