It highlights the major opportunities, including faster hiring processes, improved accuracy, reduced human bias, and better employee experience through data-driven insights. At the same time, the paper discusses important ethical challenges linked with AI in HR. These include concerns about data privacy, lack of transparency in decision-making, algorithmic bias, and the risk of job displacement due to automation. It emphasizes the need for responsible use of AI, proper regulations, and human oversight to ensure fairness and trust. The study also examines future trends in the HR industry, such as increased use of predictive analytics, AI-powered chatbots, personalized employee development, and hybrid human-AI collaboration.
